All original packaging and components must be included

Return authorization is required before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SOVAE is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photographic evidence of the issue

Approved cases will be resolved through a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Elite Performance Shaker
Glass Water Bottles
Grip Pilates Crew Socks (all variants)

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened or used. Final sale items are clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.
